The screen where the current day actually happens. Rituals to check off, daily targets in their own slot, and the discipline log below.
Today is the page you live on while an Arc is running. It shows the current Arc day at the top, the rituals you committed to for this Arc, your daily targets for the day, and your discipline log.
The rituals card sits at the top. Tapping each ritual marks it as completed for today. The targets card below shows up to three targets with checkboxes; each target can carry an optional note, and any target you linked to a project task on the Plan page shows that link inline.
Below the targets, the discipline log is a freeform writing area for whatever you want to capture about the day. It auto-saves as you type. Once every ritual and every target is checked, a Complete Day button appears that lets you confirm tomorrow's targets and lock the day in one step.
How to use it well
Open Today first thing in the morning, scan your rituals, and decide the order in which you will do them. Treating Today as the single source of truth for the day removes the small constant cost of keeping your plan in your head.
Locking the day is what marks it as a fully complete day on the History calendar in the strongest colour. Days that you finish without locking still count, but they do not earn the strongest colour.
